Today i’ve been thinking a lot about how to leave a lasting impression on a new friend or an old associate. I went through the thought process of using psychological cues to install an image in their mind so that whenever they come across this cue my image will come up in their mind. I thought about structuring sentences differently to make my conversation a joy to listen to; like instead of I saw a red car around the corner a few minutes ago, you say, A few minutes ago, just around the corner, i saw, a red car (bringing more emphasis to the red car).
So i thought about and played with a few of these ideas during the week but found that most of what i was playing with was within my reach but would need some real dedicated time and patience to master.
I’m sure i’ll get there with some of these skills and to be fair they’ll mix in quite nicely with a lot of the games that i currently play when i’m getting involved and social.
In the mean time i’ll carry on dressing more impressive then anyone else and being more vibrant in conversations then most too. I like to think that that’s enough to stand out and leave a good impression on new people i meet… maybe not but hey at least i still feel good and leave a lasting impression on myself 
Any who, in other news i’ve brought the domain name chickchickboom.co.uk. I don’t know why but i’m sure i’ll find a good use for it. Maybe it could host my comics or something… i dunno. As i’m wasting the hosting for never-land.co.uk i figured i should get some artwork on there over the weekend. Maybe get it all on there as i tidy up my mac and get all the artwork transferred over to my external drive.
Kills a few birds with one stone, and lets be honest… it’s not like anyone’s going to be looking at that site so it doesn’t matter what goes on it. These sites will all have a use some day. For now i need to devise useful enough reasons to have them…
What a useless rant.. i should get a life lol.
